The interview is structured around your CV and conducted as a real interview with a German employer. The recruiter assesses your interview readiness, identifies strengths and gaps, and provides structured feedback with clear recommendations for further preparation.
- Work through tasks and questions provided by the recruiter during the initial mock interview
- Practice self-presentation, small talk, and structured answers using the STAR method
- Complete two mock interviews in English with a native speaker
