I want to say a big thank you to the Transparent Hiring team. Their guidance and support helped me land an offer that exceeded my expectations and marks a significant step forward in my career, all during an economic downturn and a shrinking job market.

Working with their team noticeably improved my CV's convertion rate and prepared me for tricky interview questions. As a result, I secured an offer much faster than I expected. Their support was also valuable emotionally since job searching was very stressful for me, and their reassurance that a strong opportunity was still within reach, without settling for less, helped me not to give up.

To everyone currently job hunting: good luck! And to Transparent Hiring: I wish you continued success and growth.

I loved working with the Transparent Hiring team ❤️

I booked the package of getting the German Opportunity Card with Transparent Hiring. Initially the co-founder Inessa made sure my process started as quickly as possible. Viktoria helped me with the actual application and preparation process. She was professional, nice and patient, taking care of guiding me through all the minor details. 😊 As a result I received my Opportunity Card without any additional requests from the Embassy in a reasonable timeline considering the current high Embassy workload.

I highly recommend Transparent Hiring for its professional services. I myself would be happy to work with them again in the future if any service is needed.

I reached out to Transparent Hiring after several months of searching for a job in Germany on my own. My situation was quite challenging — I was returning to work after a long break, and doing so while already living in Germany. Exhausted and feeling lost, I decided to look for help.

I chose the Standard package, which at first seemed expensive to me. But once I saw how much work goes into every single stage, and how responsibly and thoroughly each team member approaches their job, it actually felt underpriced.

In the end, it was the advice I followed that helped me land my long-awaited offer. Thank you all for your valuable expertise, for your serious approach, for the human support, and for the reassurance of knowing I can come to you with any question and feel calm on this new path.

I had a great experience with Transparent Hiring team and especially Inessa. They supported me throughout the job search process and helped me find a position in Germany. The team was professional, responsive, and always ready to answer my questions. They also helped me avoid mistakes while navigating an unfamiliar job market. Their guidance made the entire process much smoother, less stressful, and efficient. I highly recommend their services to anyone relocating to Germany for work.

We worked on the job-seeker visa (Chancenkarte) together while in Cyprus and got it approved within a week of submitting the application. Special thanks to Viktoria Filippova for her attention to detail and for catching errors in the German translations I'd ordered!
