Team Leader Native App Development (m/f/d) - relocation
Our partner is looking for a Team Leader Native App Development (m/f/d) with fluent German to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position onsite in Frankfurt, Germany.
Relocation from abroad is possible. We will take care of your visa application and relocation to Germany. Your family members (spouse, children under 18 years old) will get a visa as well.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5, handling technical and managerial tasks.
- Support team growth through collaborative leadership.
- Set technical standards and architectural guidelines.
- Design and automate processes for better efficiency.
- Ensure timely, high-quality development of features and updates.
- Optimize and scale the system architecture in your area.
- Oversee native app components for Android and iOS.
Required qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in software architecture or as a senior developer, with some background in team leadership or lead roles.
- Extensive knowledge in Android, iOS, or both platforms.
- Practical, hands-on approach with a passion for development and strong dedication.
- Strong focus on quality, ability to work independently, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Fluent German (C1), English (C1).
