Our partner, a successful company in the Internet Publishing sector, is looking for a Senior Full Stack JavaScript Engineer (m/f/d) to drive the development of its digital platform in the area of insurance products. This is a full-time, permanent position on-site in Munich, Germany (partial work from home is possible).
Relocation from abroad is possible. We will take care of your visa application and relocation to Germany. Your family members (spouse, children under 18 years old) will get a visa as well.

Your responsibilities:
- Participate in almost everything, building and improving features from start to finish: DevOps, CI/CD enhancements, schema and database queries, Backend and Frontend JS, CSS
- Refactoring code, returning technical debt, identifying and fixing bugs, writing tests
- Working on very interesting and very boring tasks, both with and without deadlines
- Obtain and provide feedback during code reviews, combining issues such as reliability, maintainability, development speed, performance, security and architecture
- Support the product management team in the development of complex features
- Develop your skills, share your knowledge with our team and beyond
- Participate in meetings focused on agile processes and technical issues no more than 10-15% of your time
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional engineering experience
- Preferably as a Full Stack JavaScript Engineer developing SPAs on a microservices architecture
- With high stamina for solving complex problems
- You prefer maintainable, unit-tested code
- English C1+, German as a plus
- Adaptable to integrate into a team with existing methodologies, codebase and mascots
Technical stack: K8s, 80+ microservices architecture, Ansible, MongoDB, Node.js, NSQ, Next.js, React, MobX, Atlassian-all-the-things.
