IT Team Lead – Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility (m/f/d)

Our partner, a well-known German online platform, is looking for an IT Team Lead – Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility. This is a full-time position in Dusseldorf metropolitan area, Germany.

About the team:

• The team is dedicated to designing and enhancing sustainability and corporate responsibility processes for all countries globally.
• We focus on developing innovative IT solutions and fostering strong collaboration with suppliers and buyers worldwide to achieve outstanding results

Your responsibilities:

• Creating, overseeing, and nurturing your own formed team comprising 6–8 skilled professionals
• Crafting a strategic plan for implementing our Corporate Responsibility 2030 Vision
• Pioneering and guiding endeavors focused on perpetual process enhancement
• Empowering the organization to adeptly adopt novel Corporate Responsibility tools
• Skillfully managing relationships with external collaborators and global project team members

Required qualifications:

• Academic background in business administration, information science, or Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
• Strong interest in Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
• Demonstrated ability in guiding teams and overseeing external collaborations
• Proficiency in utilizing pertinent frameworks, methodologies, and tools for process enhancement
• Strong aptitude for consultancy, capable of presenting intricate information and outcomes coherently, systematically, and logically
• Optimistic outlook, coupled with an analytical and solution-driven mindset; relishes the process of instigating and shepherding transformations
• Exceptional communication abilities, fluent in both German and English
