Enterprise Architecture Team Lead (Procurement & Assortment) (m/f/d) – relocation

Our partner, a globally successful company group, is looking for an Enterprise Architecture Team Lead (Procurement & Assortment) (m/f/d). This is a full-time permanent position onsite in Düsseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (partial work from home is possible).

As the Team Lead of the Enterprise Architect group focusing on Procurement and Assortment, you will be at the helm of shaping long-term architectural vision. You will champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth within your team.

Relocation from abroad is possible. We will take care of your visa application and relocation to Germany. Your family members (spouse, children under 18 years old) will get a visa as well.

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture or a senior management role with architectural responsibilities.
• Relevant experience in Procurement or Assortment, ideally in the retail sector, with familiarity in systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, Manhattan, SAP MDG, or SAP Ariba.
• Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, quick learner, with a strategic orientation.
• Experience with architectural principles, methods, and frameworks in areas like system integration, cloud technologies, data management, and security.
• Proven ability to work with interdisciplinary international teams and stakeholders.
