
DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

Our partner, a successful company in the Internet Publishing sector, is looking for a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to automate their environment to make the work of developers and product managers more comfortable. This is a full-time permanent position onsite in Munich, Germany (partial work from home is possible).

- Tech Stack: Jenkins, Ansible, containerd, Terraform, Debian/Ubuntu, KVM/QEMU/libvirt Java, Consul, Vault, nginx, Icinga2, Prometheus, Grafana, RabbitMQ
Your responsibilities:
- Develop fully automated Build and CI/CD Deployment Pipelines
- Migrate existing VM-based CI/CD infrastructure to Containers
- Deploy, provision and configure Containers and VMs using Ansible, Terraform etc.
- On-premise Infrastructure Automation at large
Required qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an information technology field
- Fluent written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
- Good understanding of Linux, preferably Debian based distributions
- Experience working with Kubernetes, Nomad or other container orchestrator in production environments
- Good command of Jenkins Job DSL (Groovy Pipelines)
- Skills in Shell scripting, Terraform, git, GitOps
- Automation-First mentality
