Our partner, a well-known international corporation, is seeking a Business Relationship Manager – Data Analytics¬†(m/f/d)¬†to join their team. This is a full-time position in the D√ľsseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (partial work from home is possible).

Relocation from abroad is possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team to standardize the demand/supply process for relevant captives and manage scope changes effectively.
  • Organize meetings with stakeholders to align on strategic goals and clarify budget-related issues.
  • Advise global internal customers on maximizing the benefits of our Service Desk.
  • Ensure outstanding service quality when handling complaints from internal customers.
  • Manage complex requests, such as creating new support structures and assisting with their financing.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the company, using proactive consulting and data analysis to improve relationships and enhance the efficiency of our global Service Desk.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and ensure seamless integration into the organization.

Your Profile:

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, Service Desk, and IT methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Data Analytics systems.
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis with a data-driven approach.
  • Proven track record as a Customer Success Partner, utilizing BRM principles and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent networking skills and a customer-oriented mindset, along with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Tableau.
  • Fluent English (C1 or above)
  • Good German level (B2 or above)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in economics, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in an international work environment.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and ThinkCell.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and MS365.
  • Initial project experience is a plus.
