We are looking for a skilled B2B Sales Manager (m/f/d) who will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in our organization. You should have good experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Our headquarters are in Bavaria, Germany, our team is distributed from Portugal to Kazakhstan. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, given that your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours.


  • Conduct service sales for the company, provide professional consultations to B2B customers, and describe the benefits of the products and services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor the achievement of sales goals and plans, analyze results, and adjust actions accordingly.
  • Actively seek out and attract new potential customers, analyze the market, and identify customer needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Continuously expand the customer base through active communication, participation in exhibitions, conferences, and other events.
  • Prepare necessary documents and agreements with customers, maintain sales records, and plan orders.


  • B2B sales experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to persuade, and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understanding of the company’s products or services and the ability to convey this information to customers.
  • Ability to present products and services convincingly.
  • Capable of setting goals and achieving them.
  • Ability to analyze the market and product competitiveness.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle stress effectively.
  • Fluent English (C1)
