Our partner, a well-known German online platform, is looking for an Authorisation and Cutover Coordinator (m/f/d). This is a full-time position in Düsseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (partial work from home is possible).
Relocation from abroad is possible. We will take care of your visa application and relocation to Germany. Your family members (spouse, children under 18 years old) will get a visa as well.

Your responsibilities:
- You monitor access authorisations, have insight into the security role architecture of SAP Transportation Management and are the main contact person for all questions relating to SAP authorisations
- Developing of a detailed Cutover plan and controlling the execution of Cutover
- Review of all authorisation requests in terms of business and technical roles and segregation of duties
- Review of authorisations for business roles as well as of requests for technical roles (IT support role/ Production support role)
- Clear guidance on roles/ roles using
- Responsibility for test users on the business side, providing the right roles for „User Acceptance Tests“ and Regression tests
- Organization of cutover activities before implementation and testing phases
- Auditing of Emergency Users and Segregation of Duties
Required qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP, Service Now, M365
- Academic degree or training in Information technology
- 3+ years of practical experience
- Basic technical understanding of current SAP products
- Good understanding of cutover management, preferably in the retail sector
- Extensive experience as the main contact person for SAP roles, understanding of the authorisation objects as well as of the entire role structure
- Fluent English
