Our founders have been living in Germany for more than 10 years, fully integrated in German culture and have in-depth experience in the German IT industry. Since we have worked inside companies ourselves, we understand how the hiring process works internally and what problems companies have when hiring employees. We have accumulated a lot of expertise in this and are ready to help.

We understand the European IT labor market due to our diverse cultural background and past experience living abroad.
